Frequently asked questions

Who can apply?
There are no restrictions on industry or region. Every business and organisation can apply, and the member contribution is KRW 650,000 (VAT excluded). However, multi-level marketing and adult-related businesses are excluded.
Is there a way to pay a lower member contribution?
Yes. Members of the 16 associations, organisations and cooperatives working with the Web Support Center pay KRW 500,000; tenant companies of the 10 complexes under the Bucheon Techno Park Development Council pay KRW 350,000 through the Spider Project; member companies of the Ulsan Chamber of Commerce pay KRW 550,000; and private tutoring academies (gyoseupso) pay KRW 250,000. Let us know your affiliation and we will explain the terms that apply.
Are there any costs beyond the member contribution?
Only the SSL security certificate is separate. Certificate renewal costs KRW 38,500 per year. Everything else is included in the member contribution: a four-language website, a ten-language blog on your own domain, SEO and AEO structured data, llms.txt, JSON-LD, FAQ schema, and registration with Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Naver Search Advisor, Smart Place and Naver AI search. VAT is excluded.
We already have a website. Can it be rebuilt?
Yes. The member contribution is the same for a new build and a rebuild. We restructure an outdated website so that AI can read it, and expand it to four languages. Existing URLs and indexed assets are preserved as far as possible. Please select 'Existing website → Rebuild' on the application form.
Why is the website in four languages but the blog in ten?
Because AI builds trust in a company in different ways. A website is what the company says about itself, so presenting it accurately in Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese is enough. A blog, on the other hand, is a record that keeps growing, so the more languages it has, the more often AI encounters it. That is why we build the blog on your own domain in ten languages. The key point is that it sits within the customer's own domain, not on someone else's platform.

Once you submit the application, a member of our team will contact you within one business day. After reviewing your business and what you do, and the page structure, we will guide you through the schedule and the materials to prepare.
