No budget support —
a self-run private consortium

We are not an organisation run on government or local-authority budgets. It is a support system in which the consortium's participating companies pool their funds to remove the middle margin on build costs and focus on maintenance · repair · care.

  1. 2018

Began with the Bucheon Chamber of Commerce member support programmeA private consortium of 14 specialist companies

The Web Support Center began operating in August 2018 as a participating company in the Bucheon Chamber of Commerce member support programme. It was simply a partner company taking part in Chamber of Commerce · local-authority programmes, not an affiliated body.

Three web design agencies, three web programming specialists, three photography (stills · video) specialists, two business certification firms and three online advertising support firms — 14 specialist companies in all — formed a consortium, removing the middle margin on build costs and building a support system focused on maintenance · repair · care.

  2. 2020

    COVID-19 and vanishing budgets14 → 7

With the COVID-19 crisis that took hold in 2020, Chamber of Commerce and local-authority budgets began to disappear. The Web Support Center had supported some 1,000 companies in a year and a half, but once budget support was cut it had to find a new direction.

In the end the 14-company consortium shrank to 7, the volume of business support was limited, and it had to endure a difficult period.

  3. 2020.07.09

Registered as an independent private company376-75-00259

Carrying out its support policy without budget support, the Web Support Center — through the voluntary participation and pooled funds of the 7 consortium companies — began running the support policy it had always delivered on its own, without help from the Chamber of Commerce · local authorities.

Today, centred on the Ulsan Chamber of Commerce and the Bucheon Techno Park Development Council, it supports public bodies · businesses · organisations and operates entirely as a private business support company.

The Web Support Center prepares you for the next era.

This is whatWSC does-

  • So we build it ourselvesWebsite build support and maintenance · repair · care

Most support programmes subsidise only part of the cost and hand the build to an outside contractor.

The Web Support Center is the only one that handles review · build · maintenance · care directly, in one place.

  • So we prevent problems firstWhen building a website

Copyright infringement and sites built on abnormally low quotes

Coaching and consulting support based on real incident cases.

  • So we look after it to the endSince its launch in 2018, the Web Support Center has worked with

the Korean Academy Association (AKAS), the Korea Venture Business Association, the Korea Employment Promotion Association, the Bucheon Mold Industry Cooperative,
the Bucheon Techno Park Development Council and others

to support the build of some 4,000 websites in total as of September 2026, and offers build support to a limited 600 companies each year.

🌺 SPIDER PROJECT

The Spider Project with the Bucheon Techno Park Development Council

For the 2,413 tenant companies across the council's 10 complexes, we built a ten-language website and a ten-language blog for every complex so that AI (ChatGPT · Gemini and others) can accurately find and cite each complex and its tenants.

The Spider Project, which applies Google · Naver SEO · AEO · GEO as one, links the complex sites as tightly as a spider's web, so that they reference one another and strengthen the signals AI learns from. Whatever language the question is asked in, the material for AI to read is already in place. Because the same facts have been built up in ten languages, when AI answers in any of them, the documents it references are on our side.
