What we look after

Servers and hosting, edit requests, domains and SSL, and how a contract ends — with the numbers written down.

  1. 01

    Server and hosting

    • We set you up on Cafe24 or Gabia, Korea’s largest hosting companies, or on a provider you prefer.
    • The first year includes 1GB of hosting. We only use enterprise-grade servers.
    • Free for the first year after launch; after that, hosting cost follows your actual specification.
  2. 02

    Edit requests

    • Requests go through the member support channel. We respond or complete within 24 hours unless the work is large.
    • Once the page allowance for your support tier is used up, you either move up a tier or pay per page — KRW 30,000–50,000 per page, set by the centre according to difficulty.
    • Unused pages stay available free of charge. Deleting all pages and starting over counts as new production.
  3. 03

    Domain and SSL

    • You register the domain; we track renewals, pay them on your behalf, secure the names you need and set up domain email.
    • SSL is mandatory from 2026. On Cafe24 hosting with a Cafe24 domain it is a one-off KRW 11,000 with no annual fee (Korean-script domains excepted).
    • A domain registered elsewhere costs KRW 60,000 to set up plus KRW 38,500 a year on Cafe24 hosting, and possibly more elsewhere.
    • Without SSL the site will not open over https, browsers warn visitors, and Naver exposure drops.
  4. 04

    Termination and data hand-over

    • If a client is abusive or makes unreasonable demands, the centre may stop support and terminate, settling the remaining fee.
    • On termination we back up your website data and hand it over before closing the contract.

We respond or complete within 24 hours of receipt unless the work involves significant time, difficulty or extra cost, which we agree first.
What if we use up the included pages?
Either move up a support tier, or pay per page at KRW 30,000–50,000, set by difficulty. Unused pages remain available free of charge.
What does the SSL certificate cost?
